SPINACH LASAGNE – FF#6

Happy Friday!
Today I will be sharing with you another delicious recipe. It’s not mine, you can find it here.
SO easy, So good! Very quick to make, but takes awhile in the oven, just like any other lasagne.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED ::
• 500 g frozen spinach, thawed
• 400 g cottage cheese
• 400 g greek yoghurt
• rind of one lemon
• seasalt and black pepper
• nutmeg, to taste
• 8 dl tomato passata
• 4 dl cream
• 3 TBS fresh basil, chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, pressed
• 1 tsp chilliflakes
• lasagne plates, fresh or dry
• Grated mozzarella

MIX THE SPINACH, COTTAGE CHEESE, GREEK YOGHURT AND LEMON PEEL TOGETHER.
MIX THE REST TOGETHER (MINUS THE CHEESE) IN A SEPARATE BOWL.
LAYER THE SPINACH MIX AND LASAGNE PLATES, AND TOP IT WITH THE WET STUFF AND CHEESE AT THE END.
PUT IN THE OVEN.
